Łukasz is an innovator and process rationaliser who has for years been engaged in the development of technologies related to controlled production systems and modern environmental solutions. He specialises in creating and optimising technologies that combine an experimental R&D approach with practical implementation potential.

Until 2024, he was a shareholder and member of the management board of Plantlab Sp. z o.o. (Bioponic Farm), where he was responsible for the development of innovative projects based on aquaponic technologies and closed cultivation systems.

He is the originator and principal developer of the project "Plantlab – an innovative year-round production system for romaine lettuce and freshwater fish using aquaponic technology". For more than a decade, he has conducted his own experiments and development work related to soilless cultivation, artificial lighting, and production environments operating under full control and isolation from external factors.

He conducted research on soilless cultivation technologies - hydroponic and aquaponic systems - developed methods of fertilisation, lighting, and plant growth stimulation, while also creating practical solutions for controlled plant production. He has documented experience in developing modern production systems and implementing technologies addressing challenges related to resource efficiency and the future of sustainable production.

At IN SPE Solutions, he is responsible for technology development, identifying new directions for innovation, and building solutions that combine implementation potential with a long-term development vision. He focuses on creating technologies that address future challenges in the areas of environment, materials, resources, and modern production systems.

Paweł is responsible for partnership development, strategic relationships, and the implementation of IN SPE Solutions’ solutions within industrial environments. He is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with more than 24 years of professional experience spanning both the public sector and private business.

He specialises in business development, strategic cooperation, and the execution of projects operating at the intersection of industry, regulation, and innovation. He has experience managing ventures in complex and highly regulated environments that require effective operational management and a long-term approach to value creation. He focuses on translating strategy into practical execution - from market entry and partnership development to building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

He is the co-founder of ENFOR - a U.S.-based advisory firm supporting international companies from the defense, cybersecurity, dual-use, and advanced technology sectors in expansion and growth across strategic international markets.

At IN SPE Solutions, he is responsible for business development and strategic partnerships, supporting projects related to circular economy solutions, industrial transformation, and the development of resource-efficient infrastructure. He is also actively involved in M&A projects within the energy, renewable energy, and recycling sectors, identifying and developing ventures with high growth potential.

Dymitr is responsible for the operational implementation of projects and their efficient, well-structured execution. He combines experience in project management, communication, marketing, data architecture, and the design of tools supporting business growth.

He is a partner and member of the management board of the advisory organisation Pro Progressio and the advertising agency Riposta Services. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the FOCUS ON Business portal. For nearly 25 years, he has advised clients in the areas of marketing, communication strategy, and the creation of promotional tools. He also has experience in planning IT systems, data architecture, and processes supporting organisations in scaling their operations.

At IN SPE Solutions, he is responsible for translating strategic assumptions into structured operational processes. He oversees the development of projects to ensure they remain coherent, clearly communicated, and implementation-ready - from concept and operational structure to the efficient functioning of the venture.
